The benefits don't stop there

If you are a member of our Bank and are eligible for the First Home Owners Grant, you can also take advantage of the Bank's First Home Buyers Loan.

We have added even more benefits for first home buyers to take advantage of. The application fee has been waived and the loan set up costs (valuation and legal fees) have been capped to a maximum of $450.

First home buyers that want the fees capped at $450 have to take out the L13 loan which is based on the first rate home loan product - if they were to choose the All in One they would have to pay the total cost of valuation and valuation fees.
